Grilled Chicken with mash Potatoes

ORIGIN: European Dish

ITEM/UTENSILS NEEDED: Pan/griller,wooden spatula, mini whisk,scraper, plate,knife,fork,minibowl,and fire"stove".

THE RECIPE

GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST==>>
Chicken breast- 1
Ginger-1finger
Garlic-1/2 bulb
Salt-pinch
White pepper-pinch
Mustard-1tbs
Curry powder-pinch
Olive oil-1tbs
METHOD OF PREPARATIONS__^
Heat pan or griller to about 90degrees,in a bowl put mustard,white pepper,curry powder,salt,garlic"blended",ginger"blended" ,olive oil,mix until pasty and dip in your defrosted chicken breast,place chicken on heated pan or griller,cover chicken while grilling,be turning chicken opposite side in every 1minute,until when pressed "brownish stock comes out of chicken"if so then is cooked.

MASH POTATOES==>>
potatoes-4pcs
Salt-pinch
Garlic-1clove
White pepper-pinch
Milk(full cream)-50ml
Whipping cream-50ml
Butter/margarine-1tbs
METHOD OF PREPARATIONS__^
boil potatoes until softens,us potato masher to mash potatoes,then in a low heated pan of about 40 to 50 degrees , put mashed potatoes,butter/margarine, salt,white pepper,whipping cream,full cream milk,and grounded garlic,mix until pasty enough to be roll into football shape,then its ready.

PEPPERCORN MUSTARD SAUCE==>>
Mustard-1tbs
Pepper corns(crushed/powdered)-1tsp
Butter-1 and 1/2 tbs
Salt-pinch
Milk or whipping cream or water-100ml
Dark Soy sauce- 3-5drops
Corn flour-2-tsp
Water-1tbs
METHOD OF PREPARATIONS__^
In a heated pan of about 100 degrees or more,put in butter,peppercorns, salt,milk/cream and dark soy sauce mix until they all bind together, then mix corn flour with one tablespoon of water add it whiles stirring mixture, after mixture is jelly ,then you put in mustard and mix all together, then your sauce is cooked.

Green pepper-1/2
Tomatoes-1/2
Carrots-1/2
Onions-1/2
METHOD OF PREPARATIONS__^
cut green pepper in halve same for tomatoes,turn ten upsidedown and carve them into fingerlike shapes,for carrots cut it into ringlike shapes,and cut onions into rings too. Your garnish is set.

DISHING INTO A PLATE-->>
Dish first your potatoes,shape it to look like oval and use fork to garnish the edges in a circle manner,but turn fork backwards, then place chicken and glaze it with sauce,then put fingered green pepper and tomatoes into each others, then place onionrings at edge of plate and place carrots rings on it.
